Rationale for change
uworld qid 107139 straight called it bacilli then in the explanation put bacillus/coccobacillus. I check the link to the CDC in the extra and there is no evidence of them calling it a coccobaccillus. Google searches of " yersinia CDC shape" will show links old references pre 2020 of the cdc calling it bacillus but nothing new saying its coccobacillus
-personally since uworld called it bacilli in the question step i would keep both
