Rationale for change

ACIP/CDC changed recommendations October 2024 to recommend ALL adults over 50 receive the PCV vaccine (PCV20/PCV21 preferred). Amboss now reflects these changes too.

PPSV23 does not seem to be the preferred initial pneumococcal vaccine for pneumococcal-naive adults.
