Rationale for change

Bilirubin is also excreted in bile. Not everything needs to be cited in academia, but FYI this is supported in FA (GI - Physiology - Bile). I would appreciate it if suggestions are at least read before they are rejected, I can appreciate that many maintainers are volunteering their time for the most part but so are the users in thinking through these suggestions.

Rejection reason

I rejected the last suggestion because the change did not add to an understanding any disease process. I asked for a source as to where this was stated as this is the only way for a small group of maintainer to quickly fact check new suggestions. I do not disagree that bilirubin is excreted by bile. Lastly if you include a question on where this was tested directly we are also more likely to add it to the card. This fact would better fit in the extra. I hope this clarifies every thing. Thank you for using anki hub we appreciate you suggestions
