Rationale for change

Depletion of oxaloacetate does not prevent gluconeogenesis in this case. Excessive gluconeogenesis causes depletion of oxaloacetate, preventing the start of the TCA cycle (citrate formation) and forcing ketogenesis as an alternative energy source, which the "Extra" section of this card alludes to. Amboss says "Oxaloacetate is depleted for gluconeogenesis" meaning it is being used up by gluconeogenesis. The Bootcamp lectures currently linked in this card corroborrate this.
