Rationale for change
severe mitral regurgitation is not mentioned in First Aid at all. I am not sure who pulled this piece of info. Moreover, mitral regurgitation is not complication rather mitral valve prolapse is a cause of mitral regurgitation. what mentioned in first aid 2022 is "Usually benign, but can predispose to infective endocarditis".
