Rationale for change

Post-MI cards need a revamp I think bc they seem to be quite confusing between FA2022, 2023, Uworld etc. there are differences in what each card states!! If someone can go through the myocardial infarction tags to fix this it would help a lot ! sorry theres discrepancies in the resources, but these timelines dont seem organized
