- Note: As of 2022, USPSTF NO LONGER recommends initiating low-dose ASA in patients with >10% 10-year CVD risk. Decision should be made on a case by case basis. They also lowered the age range from 50-59 (old) to 40-59 (new)
- They also removed the ASA for CRC prevention recommendation. Sources are split on this subject and some still recommend ASA for CRC prevention
- *USPSTF no longer has recommendations for routine lipid screening in healthy adults; see Archived - Lipid Disorders in Adults: Screening
- Screening recommendations per AMBOSS and the 2019 ACC/AHA guideline are from 20 - 75 years old
