Rationale for change
Terazosin is selective for alpha 1, but nonselective in alpha 1 subtypes, it antagonizes alpha 1A, 1B, and 1D. It is confusing as the -osin card says it is a selective alpha 1 receptor antagonist, while this one says non selective. Adding subtype makes it a little more clear.
