Rationale for change

This is the third time I've proposed a change to this card, as it's objectively incorrect. At the very least I'm hoping that someone will give me a more thoughtful response. A simple internet search of "what cells secrete IL-2" will show you that all T-cells secrete IL-2 - it's an autocrine thing.

Even easier, the FirstAid table *in this card* lists IL-2 under the heading of "All T-Cells" - making the initial response I got the first time I suggested changing this card ("Table states only Th1 secretes IL-2 and FA table does not mention what secretes IL-2, only its actions") also objectively incorrect. Whoever sent that response doesn't seem to have read the headings of the FA table that, again, is literally organized by what secretes a given cytokine.

StatPearls, FirstAid, ScienceDirect, R&D Systems, and more all support that IL-2 is secreted by all T-cells, and even some others including dendritic cells and NK cells. Try https://jlb.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdfdirect/10.1002/JLB.2RI0717-278R
