Rationale for change

Just an explanation for the appearance would be helpful since this is the only card on this. A picture would also be nice if there is an open source image.

i suggest: "In fibrocystic change, cysts form as fluid builds up within the ductal system of the breast. This fluid is often serous or slightly hemorrhagic, which can give it a darker appearance" in the 'extra' tab.
