Rationale for change

I'm sure it's a small detail, and maybe not worth the trouble, but 'arteriitis' is mis-spelled in the Extra Field image as single-i arteritis. Image is used in a good number of cards.

Just noting here for due diligence.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that "arteritis" is the correct spelling, not "arteriitis"
