Rationale for change

1. Without my suggested change, the answer could also be something like "cholinergic agonists" (the cloze is not specific enough).

2. The more accurate answer would be intermittent cath, per AMBOSS and diagram in extra. We could consider placing "intermittent" within the cloze, but this would perpetuate issue #1.
