Rationale for change

This image is missing NAD+ -> NADH on the acetyl-CoA pathway which is produced by the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex. Additionally, I also always see "the three fates of pyruvate" but I really think that Pyruvate -> oxaloacetate for the start of gluconeogenesis should also be part of this card.
