Rationale for change

DCC is not the only tumor suppressor gene in colon cancer. Others are APC, p53, SMAD4. This fix is the simpler way of specifying: DCC is more specific for advanced colon cancer as per B&B - GI - Colon Cancer (consistent with the extra section of note ID 1482886835161).
