Rationale for change
While There is an overlap between hyperventilation syndrome and panic disorders, I think it's important to make a distinction between the two since panic attacks may not necessarily include respiratory symptoms.
The way this note was formulated suggests hyperventilation as a manifestation of a panic attack is synonymous with hyperventilation syndrome
