Rationale for change

This suggestion has been rejected multiple times, and it's confusing I didn't find a resource to support it

dihydropyridine doesn't make since because we study throughout the cards that dihydropyridine CCBs don't affect the cardiac muscles, and it's more related to skeletal muscles
