Rationale for change

Lichen simplex chronicus does not ONLY affect the vulva. Amboss writes, "Lesions occur on any part of the body that can be scratched". This can include the anogenital region, such as the vulva, but it is not specifically only the vulva. The image you have in the Extra field, of course, is not a vulva.
