Rationale for change
Please look at the image, I believe the stratificaiton for angina revolves around typical vs atypical features, not stable vs unstable. There is no way a 45 year old woman with unstable angina has a low pretest probabilty of CAD; unstable angina already implies the presence of typical angina.
