I believe there is a mistake in the graphic. Undder the level of pretest probability, it is stratifying by "unstable angina" and "stable angina." I believe you mean to say "atypical angina" vs "typical angina".
This is how UWorld indicates different pretest probabilities for CAD. Other Anking cards also confirm that it should be stratified by atypical vs. typical angina, sex, and age.
Unstable angina falls under acute coronary syndrome, and is much more concerning than stable angina in a patient. Thus, this would not be something that makes the pretest probability of CAD lower (as compared to stable angina).
