Rationale for change

Very hard to believe a full quarter of DRESS cases don't have a rash.

Alikhan: "morbilliform skin eruption (75%)"

Bolognia: "Fever and a cutaneous eruption are the most common symptoms, seen in 85% and 75% of patients, respectively". Two citations are given. I checked both of those and cannot find where the quoted 75% comes from.

Rook: "By definition, DRESS is characterised by a rash suspected to be drug induced"

DRESS JAAD CME May 2024: "Rarely, a DiHS/DRESS-like syndrome without rash has been described", and cites a single case report.

UpToDate: "In rare instances (<3 percent), the rаѕh may be mild or absent"
