Rationale for change

I have problem with word "within" (confusing)
The original sentence is from UWORLD but I couldn't find it in latest UWORLD.(UWORLD only says active varicella infection)
This new sentence is from breastfeeding contraindications table from UPTODATE. (I know it's not an acceptable source but it's just a change of wordings IMO)

Update: Since the extra section is based on UWORLD I suggest changing the latest line based on UWORLD breastfeeding contraindications table.
