Rationale for change

UWorld qid:2062 + FA 2024 pg 240-1

Not sure where the info for this card came from but no where in any source does it say Glycopyrrolate only inhibits M3 - I think there was confusion that it doesn't cause CNS effects but that isn't because it doesn't anatongize those receptors but instead because it doesnt cross the BBB

Also multiple studies online say that glycopyrrolate can increase HR (which would be M2)

Also, I think the extra section should be updated to help explain its use in MG therapy for the corresponding uworld qid
