Rationale for change

Seems more appropriate to say block, as mirrored in sibling cid:1692232301034. I wonder if maybe there was a reason the word "affected" was used instead though? Can't find anything in AMBOSS to warrant "affect" instead of "block." AMBOSS states "Cells and large or negatively-charged molecules, e.g., proteins, cannot cross the filtration barrier and remain within the blood (size and charge selectivity)."
