Important to know that it is double stranded.

Rejection reason

It's not incorrect, but I'm going to hew away from it just because the vast majority of DNA is double-stranded. In this case it's probably more useful to focus on detailing when something is not double-stranded, additionally as inclusion of this detail adds more text, and length, to the card without arguably defining a critical detail in exception of a typical rule.

Not wrong, I'm just reticent to lengthen the card for inclusion of a fact that is the rule, rather than the exception. :-)
