Rationale for change

These three cards (and notes 1550179750003 and 1549122920043 where I got some of the info) deal with three tumors and the fact that DHEA-s is primarily made in the adrenal glands: androgen secreting adrenal tumor (high DHEA-S), androgen secreting ovarian tumor (normal DHEA-S), and cortisol secreting adrenal tumor (low DHEA-s due to negative feedback). However, sometimes the language on these cards does not distinguish between androgen secreting and cortisol secreting adrenal tumors and doesn't help put these measurements into context, which had me confused for a while when I first saw some of these cards after having learned the other ones. This is my attempt to remedy that.
