Rationale for change
The word "physiologic" preceding galactorrhea should be deleted.
Per AMBOSS, galactorrhea is "A milky, multiductal physiological nipple discharge unrelated to childbirth and nursing that can be unilateral or bilateral. Most commonly caused by hyperprolactinemia and affects women and men."
Note that in its definition, galactorrhea is defined as a type of physiologic nipple discharge. There is no such thing as "physiologic galactorrhea", there is only "galactorrhea" and its parent category "physiologic nipple discharge."
