AMBOSS states drug of choice is: IV caspofungin or micafungin (echinocandins) for 2 weeks after resolution of symptoms and documented clearance of C. albicans (alternative is fluconazole and amphotericin B only indicated if there is intolerance, limited availability, or resistance to alternatives) (not sure if we need to include route of administration as well (IV))
