Rationale for change
Ascending cholangitis presents with Charcot's triad, which is RUQ pain, fever, and jaundice. I believe this card was stating Murphy's sign instead of jaundice, which was excluding a key physical exam finding of Charcot's triad. Murphy's sign as a symptom of ascending cholangitis is equivalent to RUQ pain.

(and many conversations with general surgery residents and attendings. Also UWorld Qs but I do not have those pulled up at the moment).
