Rationale for change

There are so many enzymes "found" in the duodenum. The wording is odd, it is better to change the card to ask for what is secreted by the cells in the duodenum and include CCK and Secretin as well.

Disaccharidase is a catch-all term for the disaccharide enzymes that the duodenal epithelia secrete.

Enteropeptidase activates trypsinogen to trypsin, which in turn activates other digestive zymogens like chymotrypsinogen to chymotrypsin
