Rationale for change

One of the main differentiators of Myasthenia Gravis vs Lambert-Eaton is that MG has oculobulbar symptoms whereas Lambert-Eaton does not -- LEMS predominantly has proximal lower extremity weakness with autonomic dysfunction. Link to AMBOSS article below
