Rationale for change
I believe the percentages currently given come from the Pathoma textbook pg 87 (can't find them anywhere else). However, the Pathoma textbook says that S. pneumo accounts for 95% of lobar pneumonia, but it doesn't ascribe the other 5% to Klebsiella. First Aid lists S. pneumo, Kleb, and Legionella as causes of lobar pneumonia, without distinguishing between percentages (pg 701: "Lobar pneumonia: S pneumoniae (most common), Legionella, Klebsiella."
