QID 8886 answer is specifically asking what exam finding is most likely to be found in patient with PFPS
Answer = "pain with isometric contraction of the quadriceps"
There was 2-3 open suggestions trying to fix this card that I am rejecting in place of this suggestion which I believe fixes it.
The reason I changed text field to say it suggests patellofemoral joint disorders is because this test has very low diagnostic value. Also it can not distinguish between these joint disorders.
"Patellofemoral joint disorders include patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), chondromalacia patellae, and patellofemoral osteoarthritis"
I put PFPS and chondromalacia patellae in bold because there are anking cards on these two conditions.
