Rejection reason
Although this conflicts with what AMBOSS says, UW states that you need any two of them (or for mechanically ventilated patients), so we're just going to keep the card as is for now.

- Or if they require mechanical ventilation (NIPPV, endotracheal intubation)
- Antibiotics (macrolides, respiratory fluoroquinolones, penicillin/beta-lactamase inhibitors) directed toward common URI bugs (S. pneumonia, Moraxella cattarhalis, H. influenza) for 3-7 days
- Sputum cultures not recommended unless at high risk of P. aeruginosa infection
