Rationale for change
This wording better clarifies the one-way causal relationship between pulmonary hypertension and tricuspid regurgitation.
This is an important distinction to make given that the relationship is reversed in other valvular pathologies (e.g. mitral stenosis) which are causitive for (not caused by) pulmonary hypertension.
