Extra section was based on the previous image for this card - Amboss image of transverse section of spinal cord shows 2 distinct columns in the cervical and only 1 in the thoracic. In the text it also mentions how the number of dorsal columns can vary. Note ID: 1480516724772 also mentions below T5 has only one dorsal column present
