Rationale for change

I'm not sure how the previous explanation made it in. A previous edit from June 2023 cited ef306d56-5b67-467e-bb39-4e35d1671 as a source for the information that I have corrected, but this card does not speak about increased intrathoracic pressure. On the contrary, page 317 of First Aid for Step I '24 echoes what I have written in this suggestion as the mechanism for PP in obstructive pulmonary disease.
