Rationale for change

Doing a cath on patients prior to surgery does not improve clinical outcomes and further delays surgery

Numerous questions will have you pick stress testing next after ECG and ECHO for high risk cardiac patients. I had one question with both exercise stress test and pharmacologic stress testing as answer options. Patient had a prior BKA so you had to pick pharmacologic stress testing as correct answer. Doing a cath was incorrect option
