For Laplace equations T typically refers to tension, whereas H is used for wall thickness This is given in the FA image contained within the note as well as the typical symbol used in other note types in the deck (nid:1471276670263).

Mathjax for equation in extra field. Particularly with fractions it presents and reads easier on the eyes and is more immediately intelligible.
