I think the original card is just a little opaque..there are so many membranes where calcium permeability matters, inside and out, so it's worth clarifying this is the cell membrane we're talking about and just saying 'vacuolization' is super incomplete...AMBOSS clarifies this means vacuolization of the worm's integument (maybe this could be replaced with worm surface or something to make it more straightforward)
