What is the screening recommendation for colorectal cancer for the patients who have 2 first-degree relative with colorectal cancer diagnosed at any age?

This is a category 2 patient. CT colonography may be offered if colonoscopy is contraindicated. Low dose (100mg) aspirin daily should be considered.
