Rationale for change

This card implies that we will not use empiric therapy in complicated UTIs. It should either be rewritten or just removed. Per AMBOSS empiric therapy typically will consist of a fluoroquinolone (not in pregnancy), ceftriaxone or amp/sulbactam and THEN be adapted to culture results. We are still treating these UTIs empirically if a previous culture is not available and then adapting treatment once culture returns.
