Rationale for change

Including "aka" in the hint significantly primes the studier for the answer being Mobitz type I rather than II, since only type I has a colloquial "aka" name (Wenckebach), and allows them to rely more on word association than true recall. In other cards where Mobitz type I is the answer, "aka" is not included as a hint.
