Rationale for change
Gives away the answer if cell is outside of the cloze
User needs to be able to get this wrong by saying neutrophil since neutropenia causes disseminated
puting cell type within the cloze allows for neutrophils to become an option, but leving cell outside of the cloze eliminates that, because nobody would ever say
"neutrophil cell deficient patients"
Rejection reason
the could still answer incorrectly with B cell or Helper T or plasma
