Rationale for change

The current version of this card is ambiguous, because treatment for compression ulcers also involves wound care, debriedment, and +/- antibiotics. Changing the question to stipulate that the answer must both prevent compression ulcers and treat them removes that ambiguity because only “roll” (the current answer) meets both criteria.

Separately, it makes more sense for the answer to be “pressure redistribution techniques” (new answer) rather than just “roll” (current answer) because there are many techniques that help prevent/treat compression ulcers other than other than just rolling the patient over. Amboss lists “frequent position changes” and “alternating pressure mattresses” as such techniques, which the new card adds to the extra field.
