Rationale for change
In First Aid 2022, pg. 661 describes hydatidiform mole as "Associated with hCG-mediated sequelae: hyperthyroidism, theca lutein cysts, hyperemesis gravidarum, early preeclampsia (before 20 weeks of gestation)." I think changing hypertension to preeclampsia makes the card less ambiguous cause preeclampsia specifically need to have either end-organ damage or proteinuria.
