Rationale for change

AMBOSS says this (>/=5 symptoms) is the criteria for premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). Multiple other sources also confirm this. PMS only needs one symptom during the luteal phase, which resolves with menstruation. I would consider adding this to Extra so learners can differentiate the two.
