- Patient with sore-throat has red-rash that begins on the trunk and neck, then spreads to the extremities before eventually desquamating
- "Strawberry" tongue (also seen in Kawasaki disease)
- "Circumoral pallor", where a rash spares the nasolabial triangle and chin
