Rationale for change
I believe this is supposed to say "periventricular" inflammatory infiltrates instead of "perivenular". Among First Aid and Robbins, the only mention of "perivenular" is in relation to hepatic steatosis and autoimmune hepatitis. However, periventricular plaques are a hallmark of Multiple Sclerosis (First Aid 2023 pg 539).
