Rationale for change

This question from uworld contraindicates this card. The card made me select "intestinal gram-negative flora" thinking these would be anaerobic. However, aerobic organisms can also be found to cause these abscesses according to UWORLD. This in my opinion deserves a note, showing the indication for broad spectrum treatment for both aerobic and anaerobic organisms.
