Rationale for change

AMBOSS specifically says this can be binocular OR monocular but then later goes on to say it's usually unilateral, so I have added the word usually to make this card more accurate. Also, I added "monocular or binocular" as a hint to this Cloze because otherwise this Cloze could legitimately be many different adjectives and there's really no reason to specifically choose monocular without some more prompting.
